The game begins by selecting any character. After attending the character's encounter, if your affection points are above 7, you can unlock the room. Subsequently, you can engage in various activities with the characters.
Scenes can be skipped without affecting the story without any problems. Unfortunately you have no choice... Try giving it a chance, I'm sure it won't affect your experience.
