The sensitivity was really high for me. Consider adding a settings menu with a sensitivity slider. (Also you should add a quit button so i don't have to Alt+F4) Overall cool concept and I had a little bit of fun.

Well we both made FPS games and one thing is clear: yours is MUCH better. The only thing that I think could be improved is the crouch speed.
