Thanks for trying out this game! I'm very glad you enjoyed it, despite the problems. Yes, I should've made it more clear that this game isn't fully finished. Due to a bug in the engine, the save doesn't work properly. When I have time to work on game dev again, I will try to fix this issue. For now, it's only possible to play this game all in one sitting.

Really fascinating to see RPG Paper Maker used this way. Just played through the game and I thoroughly enjoyed it! For some reason, however, I had problems executing the spells. I was only able to cast a spell once or twice, and I had to hold the Left Alt key for at least two or three seconds before anything would happen. Not sure whether it was intentional, but at the end, I kept on getting teleported to the first level  when I touched a certain wall.
