Im a bit confused how to level up in hunter's guild. I completed around 20 copper rank missions, yet still didn't got the promotion :/

I got a very strange bug, i almost completed all game and off computer. The next day game was just empty islands, i could click only on tutorial and settings. I also tried to reinstall it, but nothing has changed
