The game got released here few month ago, what makes you think it might be abandoned? Game dev is nothing to rush … give the devs their time! :D
In the Ukraine-Bundle it was said, that there are no steam keys. You can download and play via itch.io and I am sure it is the latest version and updates won't be neglected. Have fun! :3
