Hi gameland! Thank you so much for the feedback. You are absolutely right! We have just released a new update (V1.0) that adds a scroll bar to the staff panel and improves the overall UI layout. You should now be able to scroll down and hire all the advanced researchers without any issues! Thanks for playing and helping us improve the game. Let us know if you find anything else!
