Just hang out with Sigmund as much as you can and pick every option that helps you spend time with him

you have to run through the entire story and be dating both Sigmund and Siggy and you have to make sure you purchase the glittering coral so you can beat Nos and then just beat the rest of the game with both of them in love with you you'll know you got it if it's the last scene before your sent back to the beginning
