Solid game. I think game could really benefit from faster early pacing, more sfx (and vaster randompitch range) and some catchy tune

Bump! Thanks for  playtesting, reviewing  my game and giving structured feedback!

Truly a gem, a good management game in a jam is so hype! The clicking, ui, sfx and graphics all are livid and working really good together. Clear tutorial and gameplay loop. Though at some point pre-sattelite game became incredibly laggy (like 1 fps) and was unplayable, sadly. Loved the experience nevertheless!

Nice game! Reminded me of 'Only One' (pretty old mobile game i think?) Smooth movement, pretty graphics. I got to wave 7 and for me it wasn't really clear how to hurt the boss. Also, I'd really like to have more impact on hitting enemies, maybe a bit of camera shake? Enjoyable experience nevertheless, had fun playing this

I'm looking for feedback for my game, Psychosis, for the GMTK Game Jam 2026. It is a fast-paced twin-stick shooter where your core resource is your own decaying mind. You have to keep eliminating enemies to siphon energy and survive.

I am looking for some honest feedback on a few specific things:

  1. Difficulty and balance: Does the "kill to heal" loop feel fair and rewarding, or is it too punishing?
  2. Controls and mechanics: Is the deflect/parry intuitive to use? Are the controls easy to pick up?
  3. Page design: Is the description clear? Does it give you a good idea of what the game is about?
  4. Does the cover art stand out in the jam browser? Would you click on it?

Quick heads-up: the web build can stutter a bit due to the real-time shaders and particles.

I would be more than happy to check out your games and leave feedback in return. Drop a link in the comments.
Here is my submission:

Thanks for your time, and good luck with the jam.

hey that timing is pretty good! thanks for the feedback

Nice game! Would really liked more mob variety and difficulty. Enjoyable experience anyway

Great art and livid UI!

had a blast playing. Amazing levels of polish we all need to strive for. Top contender for sure

Thanks for the feedback

In the upgrade tree there's a button for a short tutorial (it kinda blends in with ui, that's pretty bad). Characters are there just to fill screen sides with something

Thanks for the feedback!

kinda hard for first timing dungeon crawlers, but enjoyable nevertheless, dropped at slime boss sadly. Creative mechanic, well implemented immersive tutorial, very well done. It was nice playing!

wiiaaooowwww holy gem

hey guys, thanks for the feedback, I know there could be more clarity, but 'being stuck on the ring' and losing control of your whirlie occurs on your durability dropping to zero  (which is indicated by sudden speed drop and your bar being on zero and red color) and is intended

Nice, enjoyable game. Good to see clear build paths, splendid visuals. Rerolls are infinite (don't think it's intended) Good luck!

Gem without a doubt. Top visual contender for sure. Photobashed final boss is amazing. Loved the soundtrack, upgrade variety, player moveset. I think items don't persist after death as intended though? and are the settings intended as it is now?  Would really like some visual effects on player hit, maybe some camera shake. Dashing enemies (they spawn from level 5 i think?)  seem a bit unfair, could be on me. Goodluck, hope to see you >top100 in overall

Nice game, though it gets laggy in some time. You could try object pooling and setting mob limit next time. Good luck!

thanks!

Serious game. Serious on all fronts. Would be really nice to have some events while clicking or visual things happening. Second part of upgrades is really hard to grind without autoclicker.

Nice submission. Game feel, music are spot on. Damage system and the startup phase are a bit confusing though. Felt brainlessly spamming attacks on the opponent. Didn't really understand two hp bars either. I'd say tutorial for game systems would easily fix those problems

дэммм

very nice

Thanks for the feedback

that is in fact strange place

same for me

Very cool loop and idea, interesting to try out new things (and there's lots of things) maybe some balancing changes would be nice (or I just got lucky with armor stacking)

(1 edit)

Kinda endoparasytic vibes. Maybe it would be right not to pause the game while reloading. Also enemies are slow, so they are easily kited. A nice touch would be screenshake and louder bang on shot. Nonetheless the idea is interesting

Awesome driving gameplay. Would really like to see more enemy variations and harder levels. I really can see it being developed further outside of the jam

Incredible visuals, sound design and innovative gameplay, was much fun to play

UI and visuals overall are very smooth, theme is really on point. Maybe a little bit faster pacing and music would be nice
