sooo I found why the game is so laggy (this happens after dying at least once after launching the game. I keep having to close and restart the game)

sooo I tried playing the mod, and beat the maze after like 5 tries (still don't understand how I'm supposed to find the exit without trial and error tho). I got to the proper combat segment... Aaaaand I got hit with 5 FPS an HEAVY game slowdown... But not attack trigger slowdown. So for instance all the tail spikes triggered at once without the previous bunch getting the time to retract because my lag was so bad that the next wave triggered before then. Hell, the attack ended before the tail left, leaving the box filled with tails that damaged me wherever I moved. Could you add an option to decrease or outright remove the eyes appearing around the boss? I think they're basically what nuked my performance into me literally being walled out of the rest of the fight because all I have is a regular 600 bucks laptop lol
