A few things:

The upgrades bug out and you can keep growing the number infinitely, she doesn't change as the score gets better like in the old one, and when you make the window larger the game doesn't move with the size change. It still is stuck at 1280x720 at all size

i went to everyone and got to the point where i can't continue without changing but it does unlock even tho to continue i need to go to clinic

Like the option to go to the clinic and change there. it doesn't unlock

Apparently you have to affection on Leticia, you can't corrupt or love her
