A few things:

The upgrades bug out and you can keep growing the number infinitely, she doesn't change as the score gets better like in the old one, and when you make the window larger the game doesn't move with the size change. It still is stuck at 1280x720 at all size

The thing is I can't anymore, I am at the point where everyone says more will be release down other paths and then the only path I can continue is the one that says be more of a woman but the clinic is still not allowing me to be

i went to everyone and got to the point where i can't continue without changing but it does unlock even tho to continue i need to go to clinic

Like the option to go to the clinic and change there. it doesn't unlock

Thanks, I am also having trouble finding the last fire shard. I found the hidden chest one with the lever but I can't find the last one and I really want to use them to make the last item for the pillar

I am still having trouble opening the cave north east and the sand castle. I tried using spiral sand and the mud girl's arms but it does seem to do anything

Apparently you have to affection on Leticia, you can't corrupt or love her
