How high could you run it without losing? (before winning)

I don't get the high score / level end it just freezes in the negative. I decided to try to avoid low HP patients and do safe extra work where possible. I got past 10 mins 42 sec before it was negative. But I can't progress to the next level. (Chrome v109, ad blocker [UBO] off.

[Correction: I understood as having to survive some time or make total revenue. I see now this is impossible and the goal is a balance (I think there is an extra zero).]

Ok it works on ArmorGames: I can see and select the second level there, and passed the first level by doing some unnecessary procedures and grifting the last patient who came at super low HP

I got to the "Foccacia Sandwich" Event, but I cannot make any -- there are no bread ingredients, and I have been getting a feature (?) where I cannot make complex recipes, such as a tomato mozza salad, when I stack the ingredients.
