Updates release once every three weeks and Patreon members and i think also Subscribestar members are one update ahead of others. And the Development log tells when the new free update is released.
outfits are for the scenes, the character asks if you want her to wear any of the outfits you bought during the scene when you select the scene
and stats are going to be used and improved later in the story
