I saw the post before posting this but the point is exactly comes from it being kinda specifically for all jams; If it wasn't the jams, I would have no reason to create the code in the first place. Anyways, thanks for the reply!

Heyo! Wanted to clarify something about the Rule 5
After participating in ShroomJam, I felt like I missed having a workspace setup - technical things that aren't built-in the game engine but would be really handy to have (for me as a developer) - for example, the scene/level switching system, workspace for making setting menus (customizable but blank buttons/sliders/etc.), text visualizer, programmable camera movement, that kind of stuff.
I'm curious if I could use this stuff I'll make for myself for general use, but at the same time this jam will be the first project it'd be used in? It will have no preparations made specifically for the FrenJam, it'll be all in a blank, raw state that'd be then turned into something cohesive during the jam itself (and other, later jams).
Asking this because it is unclear to me if that'd count as a content made for FrenJam ahead of the time of its start, while the stuff would help sped up the process of making the actual game. There are stuff like that made by other people that people use for their jam games, but I wanted to use my own.
If this still feels unclear or concerning, I'd be happy to share the code's source openly via GitHub once it is done (before the jam starts).
Thanks in advance!
