I don't want to reopen wounds for those involved, so all I'll say is that there was no plagiarism that would meet an academic integrity standard.  If you have concerns, you shouldn't.

i'll just note for posterity that the accusations in question turned out to be more tenuous than this language indicates.  what transpired came down more to community drama than anything else.
