I get the excitement, but making a browser game isn’t something that happens overnight. It takes a lot of time and effort, so I think we should give the dev space to work at their own pace.

Hmm that’s strange, the download link on itch.io should take you straight to the file. Sometimes it won’t start if your browser blocks pop ups or if you’re not logged into itch.io. You could try a different browser or make sure you’re logged in? If it still gets stuck, maybe drop a message on the game’s main page so the dev can see it directly.

Itch.io downloads should still work, so if the link’s leading to a dead end, it honestly might be a browser or device issue. If you let me know what you’re using and where exactly it stops when you try to download I could try to help you if you want. I'm no dev but I can try to see what the problem is, I'm kinda good when it comes to this stuff.

Why is it impossible?

They’re never really abandoned they just take a really long time to come out with a new update. So I’m sure there will be another one at some point.

Currently there are only 2, so you've found both

Ohh ok that makes sense

Honestly hope they don't add stuff like this. The way the game is now is just perfect.

I'm curious. What's new in the new download?

Honestly, I thought this was a pretty fun game overall. Personally, I’ve always enjoyed projects by loserishome and Arkone, they’re both really skilled at what they do, and it just really shows here. But I’ll still be fair with my ratings.

Gameplay: 3/5
The gambling mechanics were fun, not addicting for me personally, but definitely a good way to unwind and just chill. I think there's room for more variety or added depth in the mechanics to bump it higher tho.

Graphics/Visuals: 3/5
The visuals are really consistent with the style seen in other projects by the devs. They’re simple but effective, and I personally like the aesthetic.

Story: 2/5
There wasn’t much of a narrative, which could have added more immersion. But anyway that said, I usually just want to jump into the action, so it wasn’t a huge issue for me.

Sound/Music: 1/5
This area could use improvement, the only audio I noticed was the accept sound effect. Background music or ambient sounds would really enhance the atmosphere especially since we're in a casino.

Controls & UI: 4/5
Simple and intuitive imo. I didn’t struggle with any part of the interface, which is always a big plus for me.

Performance/Technical Stability: 4/5
The game runs very smoothly. I didn’t run into any bugs or crashes, so it feels technically solid.

Replay Value:
I’d definitely come back and play it again. Blackjack is always a good time, and this version for sure offers a unique spin.

Innovation/Creativity:
I honestly have mixed feelings about the cheating mechanic, it takes some of the fun out of Blackjack, but I get why it’s there. For players with bad luck, it can be a helpful twist. Tho either way, the concept is super unique, and I never expected this genre to go in this direction. It works better than I thought it would.

Overall: 8.5/10
Not just because I enjoy seeing loserishome and Arkone collaborate, but because the game is genuinely enjoyable and something I’d come back to.
