Couldn't you just make it kind of a virtual machine kind of thing?
Basicly just making a small interface including a fake browser, all of the games and UroboruS. Then you could freely open images on the browser and inject new files.
I really want to complete the game but I'm not sure you can get the code and the ??? item in one run.
