About the CGs you're missing, I'm missing the exact same ones you mentioned except for Entry 2 on Page 3. That entry for me is one of the Khara endings (I believe it should be 1 for accepting her offer and 1 for rejecting her). I did try all the other dialogue options for the other characters but I did not get any other ending CGs.
I have no idea how to get the other ending CGs though! If anyone ever figured it out, please mention it somewhere.
