I might make a small video soon to review/advertise your work, I absolutely loved the demo (:

I loved the purify mechanic and I would go all in on that being how you heal if you ever decide to work on this game again.

You would get this awesome risk/reward balance where at lower health, you really need to be careful, but if you play aggressive and go for dodge instead of running away, you fill your meter allowing you to heal and snowball.

I also loved the little chime that played after defeating the boss it's the same from your Anji guide videos!!!!!! it's such a small detail but recognizing that sound was such a nice feeling (:

I just checked my itch.io account after about a year because I was curious if inwall had received an update, and decided to play your other game (:

I'm pleasantly surprised with what I found as I'm not the biggest fan of platformer games, because I had a lot of fun!

It was frustrating but really rewarding. I was so close to making it on my first attempt too ): if only I would have known the ending was just a few checkpoints away, I might have tried harder :P

bye bye!

haha, I did find something playing the game though!

Have you ever experienced the bug where replaying the game after beating it glitches the camera? Well, by remembering the layout of the levels, I was available to get the camera into some pretty weird positions.

If the game ever gets an update, I'll be sure to check it out!

"actually..."

now that you said that I'm obligated to play through the entire game again until I find something x)

(1 edit)

not really a review nor a playthrough, but I made a video.

I was really hoping those locked tiles at the beginning of the game had some meaning.

Also very fun that you can finish the level in reverse :D some levels feel like entirely different puzzles when completed in the other direction.

Edit: I also made a small level if anyone wants to check it out :D
