This is awesome! I'm looking forward to seeing more of this game being developed. It works perfectly on real hardware and aftermarket (Mega SG) using Mega Everdrive Pro.

Hello!
I was also able to cause the same bug by pressing start and viewing the character information page. I had the attack sound effects come back after visiting a challenge room, and also a store only to loose it again by entering another store or checking information page. The music is not effected and still plays. If I encounter any more bugs I will be sure to let you know! FelineFrequencies
I've been playing GunSlugs on Mega SG with Mega Everdrive Pro, so far the game runs really well! What I don't like about the game is that Jump is UP on the D-Pad. I have made numerous door mistakes (Going in then out right away) causing me not to get bonus items inside, or healing. I would love to see this game with JUMP on a button rather then D-Pad. Using A, B, C for jump, shoot, etc and D-Pad for just direction would be amazing!
Another item of note is that when I select menus like Start or Credits for example the music pitch drops as if someone is pressing there finger to hard on a vinyl record causing the music to slow down just enough to cause a pitch bend. I used to be a Techno DJ and that is the same kind of sound that is created when placing to much pressure onto the turntable platter. Hope this helps.
