I'm stuck right at the start of Cynthia's Journey; the hint only says "Commander Reginald Fairfax can be identified", but there's no profile for him in the guests list, and I can't find his picture anywhere. The hint provides no clue for where I can find it either. Maybe I'm just missing something obvious?
