I think you misunderstood the problem completely. The problem is not that I don't how to trigger events. The problem is that I don't know how to raise her affection to trigger her nee event. She is only found in the shop and every time I talk to her I just get a message on having to wait until the next patch and at night the shop is closed.

I'm having a problem, I'd like to progress Tomoe events in my current save which was of an older version of a game, but I can't interract with her to raise her affection to 16. How do I interact with her in a way that raises her affection, where do I have to go and meet her?
