I have the same issue too, im doing the neutral route (kill spy, fear potion, unite lizards, give fruits to the bulls, stop execution) im on day 62 and i have finished saving the maaster.
I've followed this guide: here. i already finished saving the master quest and im on day 62. i gave the fruits to the bulls and stopped the execution. when i go to the chiefs of both tribes it says they shouldn't be bothered.
