Maybe using Magic tuner and shizku will fix the method because if you are a mobile player the bug won't happen and if you are the tablet user the bug will happen and also use virtual master to run a mobile VM and select android 11 and choose land space after creating it

Try going to settings apps rolling sky port and then press battery and choose resicted and clear data(THIS WILL DELETE YOUR YOUR ROLLING SKY PORT OR IF YOU ARE NEW THAT'S FINE) and clear cache and try opening the game , I am also having the same issue on my Lenovo tab m10 gen3 plus(android)
