First of all, it is good to see a non-WG belly stuffing game. Those often come together and it is nice to see stuffing separately.
I really liked how you separated belly and intestine fill state on the model! Usually games use singular belly for whatever fill states the body can have and your way feels much better. Like a real visual indication of digestion going on and the activity happening inside of the belly.
Also I really liked hiccups and mischievous tongue with look on user. Those are cute. I just think those are neat.
Game mechanics are simple enough to not redirect too much brain power towards problem-solving, yet not too simple to be instantly bored.
