How do we actually use these? I have no idea.
I believe Itch hides games with adult content unless you search for them with the exact correct spelling :(
Unfortunately I'm not sure if it would show up on the "Most Recent" page because it contains adult content, so Itch doesn't promote games like this unless you search for them. I could be wrong!
