Update ideas: 16, 32, and 64 bit pins, constant pins.

I have learned more about electronics and what you are looking for is a Rising Edge Detector (or RED). This device will turn on for one frame and then turn off. This is what it looks like.

That's just an abstract diagram. It doesn't actually show how it works.

It's not as easy as it seems to just copy it. There's only two logic gate diagrams in the entire manual.

Your best bet is to use the KEY chip. You can also use the PULSE chip to get a momentary pulse.
