I have completed all the quest requirements but it still won't show up in the village quest board. I have completed the game once but when i started it again this happened.

First I tried travelling alone then I tried taking kaali with me. Nothing worked though. I can't asked the commander to let me go through for some reason. That's why I think it's a bug.

You have to out the blackforest village.You find the capital location in the world map.

You can buy virgin pee in the capital or in the potion shop in the arbor as an ingredient
