I think the response that requires the most obedience is the 'worshipful' reaction to you cumming on her face while she's asleep. I think that requires around 75 obedience (but I don't expect anyone to attempt it, just use the console command 'set_attribute_level obedience 100' if you want to see all the responses)

"worshipful" is the response you get when your obedience is very high compared to the required obedience for that action. the worshipful responses were added in 0.2.2

I'm sorry! It's impossible to get Sweet Talk level 2 right now because it requires 10 points in the Romance tree. Its a bug that will be fixed in the next update.

The third heart level is not in the game yet, I want to add more high-love activities (like dates and sex) to the game first.

Sanity is not used yet,  it will be used as a penalty for doing things that go beyond just making the character "angry" like if you cheat on a girl at max love or if you push her boundaries too far too fast.

I'm just now realizing that there is no explanation, so I'll add one to the 'withering look' perk description. 

losing willpower increases resistance lost from every negotiation move, so if she loses 15 willpower, your next 'Tempt' attack will do 15% more resistance damage

this update had a lot of 'under the hood' changes and quality of life improvements, but the only new events are the 'slap ass' flirt action and the sleep stuff

I'm trying not to commit the sin of adding new characters at the expense of progress with existing characters, but since the game is called "harem" heaven I think I'm going to have to introduce the second character soon. Not in this next update, but maybe the update after that.
