Did my first T shot almost 2 weeks ago now (on a monthly dose) and it was scarily similar to this omg. Spent like an hour stressing and googling youtube tutorials and then it was so simple i finished within like 10 mins and didn't hurt at all until the muscle pain the next day !!! It's so scary at first and i mean itll be hard to get used to but to anyone self injecting its really not as scary as it seems !!!
