Nothing important but why Name changed from Sister to Girl?

I already bought that game previously,  i just wanted to know what Deluxe edition (include a bonus key) is?

I got the game before...now i have to download using the library...but how do i get the keys? And what the keys do?

Even with it at minimum I can barely see, will it be possible to have next update a hide button? To hide the text box, like when you press H on the keyboard

The text box cover half the screen, I cant see characters well
