nc is installed in c: I can’t access the front end through a browser on my host computer, Amiga or my iPhone web browser.

The application launches on my Amiga, I am able to search for content select a video and press start, the status indicator says - streaming but Riva doesn't launch and show the video. I can open and see the dashboard at 38083 on both my Mac and Amiga iBrowse but I can not open the HTML front end 38082 on my Amiga.
