Um...can i get a hint on what to do after getting all 3 rune in the cave? i been running up and down everywhere in there but can't find a way forward

I'm stuck on getting the mushroom in the cave. Apparently there like some sort of toxic cloud blocking the way and the game hint toward the bear healer but when i ask him he just said yeah there poison there but then nothing else. Can anyone help me?
