Anyone know how to obtain Hyper Pregnancy?

Is it something like a random chance when creampied while already pregnant? (If so either the odds are really low or I have bad luck)

Do I have to be creamied by multiple partners? (Which is neat but very inconvenient)

Do I have to have enough progress into the story?

What is it?!

How do you change your character's likes and dislikes?

The kind of likes and dislikes you tell npcs to get them to like you more, like "loves thick bodies", "dislikes small penis", etc.

I did it once and completely unable to figure out how to do it again...

Anyone know of mods that add a labor/pushing sequence to any extent?

I was a disappointed going to the nurse to give birth just for the game to say you gave birth in one screen and move on..

Like at least give me some descriptive text for each one being pushed out that I can press "continue" through or something.
