I can't find it either, genuinely wondering if it's a bug

I know there was one decoration in the name room, two in the maze room and one at the bridge but I cannot for the life of me find the last one. Is it in the room with the three adjacent doors? Cause that room confuses me aswell as it seems like none of those doors go anywhere.

Bulbapedia says Ghost can't hit normal so I'm not quite sure what you mean
