I think there is an issue with the license. If the assets can't be altered and redistributed, you can't make a game with it. A game is a derivative work of the assets it uses. It couldn't be distributed along with the assets.
Is it possible to revise the license terms, and to include those in the archive?

The asset license is set to "Creative Commons Attribution v4.0 International" but the license.txt file in the zip contains a different license which forbids redistribution ("directly" is not clear), is this intended? I don't think that I can make a game with the asset if it can't be redistributed, or it needs to be clarified.
