i think its looking pretty good. im doing a similar thing, ive put a couple up on my page too. i think theres a couple of things to consider: if using PixelOver or something similar you can either render the 3d model in there or render in blender ect and then use pixel over to ruduce the colour count of the spritesheet and clean up. ive also used poses that face the camera more, even though it looks jank in the 3d engine, i think it looks better for my game in the 2d result. also old pixel art didnt use so many frames, but i think your attack animations look good using that many. it might help reduce that pixel flicker your worried about though. ofcourse editing in the end in something like graphics gale or aseprite will help too. i hope you keep at it, im sure we can get some great results if we refine the process
