i do not know, more likely the persons behind that mail took that angle because it would cause a response.
also they are quite disingenuous because they also praised "Cuties" a Netflix film that is pretty sexualising of minors

do not blame too much the payment processors
their actions were started by a letter from a gaggle of authoritarian pearl clutchers called "Collective Shout" based in Australia

https://www.collectiveshout.org/our_team
https://www.collectiveshout.org/open-letter-to-payment-processors

so the payment processors pmuch responded the way they did because "oh shit the optics" and the worry of whether they could be held responsible over people accessing illegal content, as apparently one was clobbered over the head because a kid bought access to a porn site or something

honestly it should be such an easy thing to recognize, each game page comes with an embedded link for download, right above the comment section

but i guess common sense is a superpower now

maybe
but at that point it would also mean she lost, and that man is driven

he likely isn't trying to threaten her, but force her to show her hand.
she is a demon, and from the little information we have about them, they aren't particularly viewed in a positive light. so by whatever he's trying to do (menace, assault, magic weapon, hidden mark of the demon) he likely will try either to force her to drop her disguise, or do something only a demon is known to be able to (like say, impervious to physical damage). this doing, whatever happens to him next, he will have already won as she then would lose everything, her standing, associates, support...

could be yes, off screen actions have some tropes like that around them so it seems intentional

but i am certainly not privy to any more information so i am speculating as much as you, but most character actions seem mostly realistic base on what we know of the world and story (with Nameless being the most irrational)

this could also be that the story is arranged for us to "see" through the eyes of nameless, and one big thing is she doesn't trust lady wolf, or most people for that matter.

the unwillingness to bring her out can be easily explained that, their merry band isn't exactly the most welcome in town, especially with the new captain of the guard and the general current situation

quite nice, looks good and seems to work well so far

now to see what can show up from that concept

i'm getting a "not a valid WIN32 application" error too, both on SL.exe and SL-32.exe

i'm running Win 7 64-bit on an old intel I7 3770K, looking if my antivirus (Avast) could be an issue
