Fun and wholesome game, and fits the theme beautifully. Playing through casually (day 41 finish because I didn't know the game ended after the 5th goal and got greedy with extra credit lol), I spent the first third of the game struggling under the weight of obstacles, but eventually got my stress permanently under control with a Self Care Day card with cost brought down to nearly nothing.
It did come as a bit of a surprise that it wasn't even an option to keep playing endless-mode style, but I guess the implied game flow of "you will get overwhelmed sooner or later" goes against the message the game's trying to send. (Even if Glass Half Full + Extra Credit makes that implication false.)

I believe it is possible to win Impossible difficulty with 100% consistency if you really know what you're doing. I wonder, though, if it's possible to beat Impossible without ever dropping below 0 influence (the first time that happens you're given +50 influence as a "second chance")...
