ok where do I start, I liked the story as I have some personal connections with it, but the gameplay was the only part I didn't really like, the bosses were designed to be off-putting for sure (even if some of them looked goofy) but the level design and maps were very confusing and didn't make any sense as well (I even saw out of the map a few times on the 2nd booth level) and the game lagged a lot in the main area. I have an i5 6600 and a GTX 1650 so I don't know if it was my computer or optimization but it took away from the experience. (again could be my computer) I liked the voice acting as well, the mom in the game had great voice acting as well as the dad and the son. but the difference in mic quality for the son was definitely noticeable, but his voice acting nonetheless was pretty good. the AI for the people was strange I know the game was supposed to be creepy but the NPCs would walk in front of me while in conversation with the main characters and just stand there blocking my view. this happened with the mom or (was) girlfriend. I didn't understand why all the NPCs would stare at me from across the map regardless of the distance I was from them but it definitely put me off if that was what you all were going for. and the map creation was (no hard feelings) not very good I kept getting stuck on random things while walking on otherwise smooth landscape (mainly happened in second booth level) but it wasn't terrible, the enemy designs I applaud because they were actually scary (especially the ducks) but the cursed moles and fish looked quite goofy. the spider was decent though. the sensitivity was great and felt fluid, except for the main area as per the lag problem. (again maybe my PC) over all it was an ok game that felt very unfinished, no hard feelings of course as I saw the premise and still got a few good scares thrown at me that actually caught me off guard, but with more time and polishing I feel it could've been WAY better. that is my review, thanks for reading. (I know it was a lot)
