I thought the popups were pretty hilarious, and I do wish that you had included the controls in the game but I found your comment about it. I think it would be really funny if you could throw the popups at the enemies like as a 4th wall break mechanic. The game runs smooth and although the enemies don't do much to me it is fun to shoot projectiles around while juggling the popups. Also would be nice to be able to drag the popups around the screen, and if I had to discern between multiple popups, like ones to click and ones to ignore, that might be fun.

Very fun idea overall!

Runs pretty buttery smooth, I love the VFX, and I love the music. The characters and guns feel very satisfying to run around and shoot with. The darts having physical bodies adds a lot to the experience as well. Enemies are challenging but fun to fight - I really appreciate the 3 different guns including the massive blaster RPG thingy - that was my favourite. Not to mention the banger soundtrack (it is way better with headphones so you can actually hear the bass elements of the track). I appreciate the screen vfx and the particles surrounding the pickup - I do think that lighting in certain areas is very harshly bright or dark making it hard to see enemies, and I would prefer some more artifiical lighting like braziers in the dark or something. I think it would be nice to have slightly faster projectile speed with the rifle and pistol because the enemies move around quite a bit.

I really appreciate the bounce pads and its really funny because one time the game started and an enemy was infinitely jumping on it. I think the game should have time bombs, like an hourglass grenade you can throw that slows enemies.

I'm not sure how much of the level design was done by you and how much came preloaded but it definitely worked for the purposes of the game mode.

Great work in such a short period of time.

I like the narrative introduction you did and the use of the really smooth minimap. I also appreciate the enemies having emmisive textures in the dark! I had trouble playing any combat though, I couldn't figure out how to shoot or interact with enemies, and I couldn't progress past the first area. Am I missing something maybe?

I think this is a really unique idea and it runs very smooth and straight forward. I wish the PC controls were a little less disorienting lol but that could be my fault as someone who plays few PC games. I think it would be really nice to have an arrow or directional indicator for where the enemy is heading/facing so it doesn't feel as surprising when you take damage from only certain sides. Also maybe give the player one ammo and one mine after each death so they still have a fighting chance. I thought the gameplay here was very engaging, well done!

hey thanks for your comment! Try playing it on Firefox or a different browser, sometimes Chrome is iffy cause of flash not working anymore. Hope you enjoy!
