Full disclosure: I haven't played the game (yet? IDK, I'm put off)

But despite the title being "Tales of Androgyny", it is very much not androgynous. I recommend actually looking up the definition of androgynous if that's the end goal here, because the characters (both player and NPCs), just from looking at the game page, very heavily lean into femininity only. Every ass is huge, every hip is wide, every chest is buxom, every lip is pouty... there is no hint of masculinity whatsoever to balance any of it out (and no, having a flat chest or a dong does not equate to 'masculine').

Please either balance the game and its presentation out to be genuinely androgynous, or change the title to "Tales of a Femboy" or something.

Ohhh okay, I thought it would be something you'd see at the main menu. Thanks for the clarification! Really looking forward to the full game! ^^

Where is this 'Cove Custom Creator' menu??

I didn't buy the official walkthrough so I couldn't tell you how detailed it is, though you can take a glance at the store page to get an idea. But no, the wiki pages and the linked google document of community tips should be enough to get best endings and a majority of the content. The official walkthrough is basically a hand-holding guide, while the wiki+google doc is a general overview. If you can't afford the walkthrough, you're not losing out on much.

Also a suggestion for the game: in addition to letting us skip in certain day increments after we complete the game once, also let us skip the "intro sequence" (the tutorial, etc) that lasts for... iirc the first 2-3 days? It's just annoying having to go through the same stuff and get walked through it when I already know what to do.

Minor bug: the "Seiyuu Boys" photobook 'audition' says (on the agency computer) that the recording is on August 27, but on the calendar it shows the photoshoot is on the 18th.

Incorrect. If you buy the game, you just get the game. You have to buy the Fanbook + OST pack (another 17$) in order to get the official walkthrough.

The game is technically all / mostly done, from what I've gathered. They only need to add the voice patch, whenever the voices are finished.

The voices haven't been done / added yet. The voice patch will be released whenever they finish it.

The game is only really challenging on Moonshine difficulty, and even then I was able to deal with it pretty well... but then the game just went black after a certain point of drunkenness? No game over or anything? Lame.

The music is not specifically listed in the Credit tab, aside from the sources (sites) it was found at. One of them is a massive free audio sharing site which would take forever to find the specific track you're looking for, if it isn't on the other credit source.
