Im on mobile and it wont let my play, ima try in my school computer though see if it'll let me

I seen people play the game and at first I wasn't sure because it's a dating sim and those things are weird sometimes. This one though, is amazing and I really love everything about it except one thing. I can't play the game, I am on mobile and I have a Galaxy AO3s, Android. Whenever I join the game it just brings me to a grey black screen. It never changes and I can't play, if I could hve help that'd be great I really wanna experience the game myself.
