Great game! How did you animate the pixel art? it looked really dynamic.

Other than that the vibe was there, the music was neat, the puzzles were great and I had a lot of fun playing your game!

Good job!

This is easily one of the best enteries in this jam. If I had to nitpick then it would be nice if some new "evidence" appeard in the house in the 2nd and 3rd day, instead of it being the same, as well as you having to go through all of the family interactions before getting sleepy.

Still, these were very small things and even without them the game was just amazing.

Good job!

I was playing a web version

A cute short game, Art was pretty, movement was spot on and the message was there. Whole package!

Good job!

I loved the octopus animation and how you interpreted the theme. The game itself is a bit rough around the edges, but I'm sure it will clean up nicely after you finish it!

One thing is that I think all of the arms have different point at which they deter fish? and the one on the top left has it really early compared to the rest. I might be wrong though.

Good luck with the project!

I loved the art and the idea . I'm a bit sad that the web version doesn't support cutscenes, but even without that, it was great.

I would have liked it to be a bit clearer which elements you can land on and where the hitboxes are , as it took some trial and error to figure out that you can jump on this fern, but only in this particular line.

Another thing is the movement , which could be a little smoother for the moth , as well as the jumpy mushroom could be a bit more forgiving. (maybe it's just the web version issue)

Still I had a lot of fun plaing it! Good job!

Hello!, this error appeard when I was loading the game:

Couldn't load project data at path".". Is the .pck file missing? If you've renamed the executable, the associated .pck file should also be renamed to match the executable's name (without the extension).

Cool game! I had a lot of fun solving your puzzles! I wish there was a bit more levels, but I understand that this is a jam. If you were to think of some other nice abilities this could easily become a full game.

Good job!

Also found the alternate solution to 5th level : >, couldn't post the image here though : <

The game was a little bit easy, but neat nonetheless.

One small thing though, I somehow managed to bug the web version. I could run, but couldn't neither attack nor be damaged. Not sure how it happend.

Neat game! Great art and music.
Could use a little bit more upgrades, or for them to be accessible faster. At the point where I had 2000 for the recruitment I was making money fast enough that it was redundant, but that's nitpicking really...

I had a lot of fun playing it and reading the notes. Good job!

The music, the dancing zombies and the concept itself 10/10. It just such a vibe. Even a title fits.

Good job!

I realy liked the design of the monsters, they were simple, but very cute. One thing is that I cheesed the entire platforming section, by sticking to the wall and jumping up.

Still, good job!

Cool game! the art and the voice acting are really good, they really sold the vibe.
I coudn't figure out the 3rd ending though nor find the 4th Lily (if there is one), welp maybe one day...

Still good job! a very strong entery for your first game jam!

It was a lot of fun to play your game! I managed to get all of the endings after few trials, but not sure what are the exact requirements for 1 vs 2  (once I killed all of my pacients other time I left one to tell the tale accidentally).

The game was just great, Good job!

I really liked the idea for the game, but I suck too much to actually play it xD. The controls on the web version definitely didn't help, but my lack of skill was clearly a bigger issue.

On the other hand, I really loved the pixel art, especially the clouds and the tileset. This may be a small thing, but these were the best done bricks I've seen in a while.

Also,  I found a small bug, where you get stuck on slopes next to the wall and on the edges -> the game thinks you're still falling I suppose.

Welp... Good luck on your project than! I would have given you 5/5 on theme just for the description xD

Small bug (or a feature xD), zombies can kill you while you're in the shop.
Also the art of the shopkeep 10/10.

I liked the idea. The music and visual hit the spot, but I felt the game itself felt a bit repetitive? I flipped one card peeked two and most of the time I had the anwser and still had time.

Very nice game! the art, music, writing and the general vibe was amazing. The only thing is that it was very short and an ending a bit abrupt. I would have liked just a little bit more of it.

Good job!

The game is very nice, but I couldn't get past 3rd level. Sill, nice idea and beautiful character animation.

It doesn't work for me as well : <

My friend said they are going to play it in their free time ; >

Very cool game, good job!
(also found them ; 3)

After 136 deaths I can proudly say that I reached the kangaroo. The physics and movement are amazing and blasting around was a a lot of fun.

Good job!

A very interesting concept, that has a lot of potential for further development. Unfortunately it took us three people, and more than 30 minutes to understand the basic mechanic.
Some nicer tutorial would have been appreciated.
One simple fix is to let the player view the task after it's given to you.

Still nice game, good luck on further development if you were to do so  : >

You made a beautiful game! I liked all the card designs and ideas for the card themselves. Giving an enemy flowers is peak.

Like previous commenter, the health was a bit confusing at first and I think that pet octopus not always worked.

Still it was a very fun game! Good job!

Very nice game! The art is very pretty and the gameplay is a lot of fun.
Good job!

Lovely game! the Ro'ys were very cute and definately the highlight of the game. they tended to get stuck unfortunately sometimes in random places (especially behind the spawn, or around the altars (?) ), but other than that it was a great experinece!

Good job!

The art of the game is stunning especially the cover art, it immidietly grabs your attention. The music and the idea are great aswell. I had a bit of issue with the fighting and movment. I seem to get stuck in random places of the map and can't walk without any visible barrier. If the swing animation had a different color instead of white (that blends with the snow) it might have helped a bit.

Still good job!

I enjoyed the game a lot! the concept is interesting and the addition of the bestiary was amazing. The enemies were interesting and clear in what they expected you to do to pass them. I saw you had plans for a post jam version so good luck on that! On other topic it would be nice if the enemies were random.

Cool touch with different frozen poses. :>

The sound design for the game is amazing it really sells the vibe and compliments the art beatufully.  Overall COOL game, very metal.

An interesting game! I do belive though that if you freeze to death the game gets stuck?

Also I'm wondering do the time counts or just the amount of commands written?

Beautiful game! The art is stunning and the attention to details is worth a mention. The winding up of the balerina, the icicle on her skirt. Good job!

- Mom, can we get the new "papa's pizzeria"

- No we have "papa's pizzeria" at home

Papa's pizzeria at home:

Well it is a fever dream of a game, but it was pretty funny xD. And the rats were very cute : 3

Amazing art, beautiful UI and great working game. I wish pushing the penguins into the lake was a bit easier, but it might be a "skill issue" x,D

Cool game! the art of the cat and the end screen were hillarious xD

Hey??? Is it possible to have an ending with both of the players surviving??? Pretty sad that the person who decided to cooperate first and hand over the keys died.

Next we still can't figure out why the code to noise room was what it was (we looked into the game files), so we are curious about it.

Other than beeing pretty annoyed at the game at the end of it, the rest was awesome and we had ton of fun

10/10 awesome game

Good stuff,

just like in real life.
