Or do I need to buy each different version?

I purchased version 0.7 from Patreon. However, this game does not support my native language. Consequently, despite having the official version, I find myself in an ironic situation of obtaining a separate illegal cracked version to play. Is there a way for me to add my native language through Ren'Py? I'm facing some difficulties in applying the methods used for other Ren'Py games.
