I can't seem to unlock lucia's route

I have two different saves. I have completed both but each save is locked out of different characters. The first one doesn't have vanessa and the second one doesn't have lucia. I never chose to end eithers story so I'm wondering why I can't progress with both of them.

Hey Runey, just want to say that I love this game but there are A LOT of continuity errors that are ruining the experience for me a bit. The biggest one i've come across is a scene with maria and sylvia in it automatically playing on day 170. The issue is I haven't bought sylvia yet and maria is currently taken away because and I haven't gotten her back yet. so this scene should be impossible. I've been experiencing these continuity errors through my whole playthrough and was wondering if you might need some help catching them. I can see how they would be hard to spot in testing.
