There's a bug where the collisions disappear and you can't progress. It seems to happen if you continue after you die, but then it happened seemingly randomly through my playthrough!
Oh no I think there's a bug! After the beginning cutscene, during the entire game there's the main menu overlay with the scrolling texture and title.
