I'm currently running it for my group as a little wintertime break, we're having a good time. Last session, the players did get in a little kerfuffle with Fasha. He does have stats, but no HP listed. Taking Critical Damage from the first hit seems a bit excessive, seeing as even a kobold has 2 hit protection. Is this an omission, or does he genuinely have 0?
I solved it by having him flee and scaring the players away until next session 馃槄
