How do I find the discord?

I have tried sending emails to the addie given, even tried using the 'mail' icon on the wickwerks site and I keep getting error messages.  I'm guessing I'm not hip enough to use the cool email addies.  But I have the logs so I'll try again in a bit and see if it goes through.

Tried searching google and have had no luck.
When I play the game (I've tried both the tutorial and a few quick plays) the game runs steadily, but after a few minutes, around the same time mark for each instance the game will graphically explode and crash. I lose access to my monitor as it turns everything into noise.  I have to turn the PC off to get my desktop back.
Any workarounds for this?

Maybe not the place to say, but I start the game, take command, enter combat, hit the start combat button and then -CRASH-.
