How can I update the game without deleting my progress? pls someone enlight me

Is there any free code to use? i saw there is a space where ytou can introude a code but have no idea what they are for, so I want to ask if those are cheats? Or what? Is any of them free?

I didn't mean that, I meant how can u do it even bigger. I only increased it with 2 items and it is not as big as I have seen in screenshots, but I already found out how, thanks man

How the hell do I increase a LOT the breast size? I only have the cake and the pumpkin pie

Try not going full throttle from the start, and keep the mouse up to keep the elevator up so the plane tail stays on the ground, and add throttle slowly. Hope this helps!
