Thank you, so if I want to see the exclusive scenes I will need to start a new save but all other scenes can be done in one run based on my choices

Great game but got a question. I failed to win the wagon game and a few others so I don't have all scenes unlocked. If I start a new save and get those scenes will I still keep the old ones or there is no way to do all of them in one run?
